About Rivet
Rivet compares what a business agreed to with a client, what actually happened during the engagement, and what was ultimately invoiced — and surfaces where those three no longer match.
The problem
Service businesses lose revenue in small pieces. An extra revision, a change request, a few hours nobody billed, a discount that outlived its reason. Each one is too small to notice and too routine to chase, and comparing every contract against every project against every invoice is work nobody has time for.
What Rivet does
Rivet performs that comparison and reports the disagreements, with the records that produced each one attached. It does not decide that money is owed. It shows a business where its own three records tell different stories, and leaves the judgement to the people who know the client.
Where Rivet is
Rivet is pre-launch. There are no customers yet, so nothing on this site is a customer claim: every figure shown is an illustrative example produced by the software itself from a labelled demo client book, and it is labelled as such wherever it appears.
Self-serve signup and direct integrations with accounting, time-tracking and project tools are not built yet. When they are, they will be described here as things that exist — not before.
